DRYER UNIT
Dryer unit the heart of Drum Mix Plant is fabricated from 10 mm MS plate & Fitted on robust Chases.

Specially treated sprockets,thrust wheels,trunion rings and trunion rollers,engineered precisely for trouble free dryer drum rotation,ensures unlimited productivity.
FOUR BIN FEEDER
The Feeder are supplied with adjustable calibrated gates opening & Variable speed feeder driver together offer proportional control, greater flexibility & accuracy of operation.
A continuos type electronic belt weigher is mounted on gathering conveyor for weighting the aggregate fed into drum which gives singals to bitumen pump for proportional supply of bitumen.
CONTROL
Fully Computerised control panel board with latest micro-processor based technology with printer.
POLLUTION CONTROL UNIT
High efficiency wet dust collector controls the duxt & maintains the required environment standard in specified areas.
ASPHALT TANK
Highly insulated Asphalt tank are supplied with automatic pressure jet burner and automatic thermpstatic controls.
